Tulsi Tea for Sleep Organic India (25 bags) is a soothing, caffeine-free infusion with a blend of Ayurvedic herbs that support relaxation and restorative sleep. It is based on holy basil Tulsi (“Queen of Herbs”), whose harmonizing effects are complemented by brahmi, ashwagandha, and shankhpushpi — traditionally used for tension and sensory overload. The blend is completed with calming chamomile, warming cardamom, and refreshing peppermint, making the infusion herbal-aromatic, slightly sweet, and with a hint of mint in the finish. Ideal in the evening, before sleep, or after traveling (jet lag), when you need to unwind without feeling sluggish. Preparation method: Pour boiling water (about 120–200 ml) over 1 bag, steep for 3–5 minutes; for the cold version, use 2 bags per cup and serve with ice.
