Pearl Millet Udhaiyam is carefully selected pearl millet grain (bajra) with a mildly nutty flavor and a hearty, fluffy texture when cooked; an excellent base for pilafs, salads with roasted vegetables, soups, vegetable patties, and as a nutritious substitute for rice or grains in a "buddha bowl"; with bajra you can also prepare traditional bajra roti/khichdi and breakfast porridge with milk (also plant-based) with cardamom and fruits.
