Whole Wheat Flour (42%), Onions (37%), Water, Milk, Butter, Salt, Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Sugar, Green Chilli, and Spices (Coriander, Cumin, Mango Powder, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Black Pepper powder), Yeast and Sodium Bicarbonate.

Heating Options:
Stovetop: Remove frozen Paratha from the bag. Place on pre heated pan (Tawa) and cook on medium heat for about 2 min by moving it on pan with gentle & even pressure.
Turn it over and repeat the process until both surfaces become golden brown.

Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Remove frozen Tandoori Naan from bag and heat in oven for 5 to 6 minutes. Serve hot.

Note: Do not freeze after thawing.
