Basmati Extra Long Banno rice is a carefully selected long-grain variety with exceptionally slender grains that elongate during cooking, a delicate, slightly nutty aroma, and a fluffy, light texture. Thanks to its natural "fluffy" texture, it is perfect for biryani, pulao, and aromatic curries, as well as an elegant side dish for meats, fish, vegetables, and vegetarian dishes. Preparation method: rinse until the water runs clear, optionally soak for 20–30 minutes; cook in a ratio of about 1:1.5–1.75 (rice:water) on low heat covered for 12–15 minutes, then let it sit for 5–10 minutes and fluff with a fork (in a rice cooker, select the white/basmati rice program). It pairs perfectly with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, and ghee.
