INSTANT VATHAL KUZHAMBU (SUN-DRIED VEG. CURRY) RICE PASTE 

VathaKuzhambu is a traditional dish from Tamil Nadu. It is a kind of Tangy & Spicy Tamarind Curry similar to Sambar prepared with sun dried vegetables but without dhalls.

 

Directions for Use:  Mix 2 teaspoon (20g approx) of this paste with 1 cup (125g approx) of cooked rice in a clean dry bowl thoroughly and set aside for 2 minutes.  Home style Vathakuzhambu Rice is ready to serve.

Best served with fresh dry roasted Appalams (Sutta Appalam).
