Haldiram's Methi Paratha is made up of whole wheat bread spiced with Fenugreek leaves. It is healthy because methi is rich in antioxidents.

Heating Options:
Remove frozen Paratha from bag. Place on pre heated pan (Tawa) and cook on medium heat for about 2 min by moving it on pan with gentle & even pressure.
Turn it over and repeat the process until both surfaces become golden brown.
