Lemon
Lemon, when consumed with hot water, keeps the body hydrated, refreshed, and helps reduce fatigue. Each cup of Himalaya Green Tea Lemon, when prepared as per directions, provides approximately 90 mg of total catechins and 65 mg of Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).
Directions for Use:
Dip the tea bag in a cup of hot water (70-90 degrees C) for 3-5min. Add honey or sugar, if desired.
