Falafel are fried balls/cutlets with chickpeas and/or broad beans with spices. A very popular dish in the Middle East and Egypt. It is most often served in pita bread, with vegetables and a sauce based on tahini sesame paste. Product without the addition of GMOs. The package contains a special falafel mold.
