Black Rice Nepali Mato 1kg is a whole grain, naturally dark purple grain with a deep, nutty-floral profile and a pleasant "bite," which remains fluffy and elastic after cooking; ideal for vegetable and tofu bowls, salads, stir-fries, curries, wok dishes, as well as an elegant addition to meats and fish; it works excellently in desserts with coconut milk, mango, and cardamom, and served cold in salads with citrus and herbs.
