Jeera Cumin Papad (Lijjat) are iconic, ultra-thin Indian crackers made from urad dal flour, seasoned with whole cumin seeds. Preparation:

Serve whole, crumbled as a topping, or as a base for "papad chaat" with onion, tomato, cilantro, and lime juice. Store in a cool, dry place; reseal tightly after opening to maintain crispness.
