Vicco Laboratories was founded in 1952 by the late Mr. Keshava V Pendharkar. In 1959, the late Gajanan Keshav Pendharkar joined his father in their family business. He succeeded in developing the world's first Ayurvedic toothpaste with 20 rare natural medicinal herbs. He played a key role in launching the first yellow face cream, known as Vicco Turmeric Skin Cream, an Ayurvedic product.

Vicco Turmeric Cream is a light cream combining the properties of turmeric with sandalwood oil, which soothes the skin.
