Vangi Bhath Masala MTR is a classic spice blend for aromatic South Indian rice with eggplant (vangi bhath). Carefully selected ingredients – including coriander, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, chili, dried coconut, and roasted dal – create a deep, slightly spicy, nutty-spicy profile with a characteristic "toasty" note. With this ready-made masala, you can prepare a dish "like from Udipi" in just a few minutes: in ghee or oil, sauté cubes of eggplant with curry leaves and cashews, add 1–2 tablespoons of the mix, add cooked rice, and gently mix; drizzle with lime and sprinkle with coriander. Great also for vegetable pulavs, fried potatoes, stuffing for dosa/uttapam, and even as a seasoning for roasted vegetables and paneer. A vegan flavor base, without the need to measure individual spices – a repeatable, authentic effect in home cooking. Storage: in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed.
