Foxtail millet flour (60%), rice flour, urid flour, salt, sodium bicarbonate (INS 500(II)), fenugreek powder.

Preparation:

Mix 500 grams of dosa mix with 1 liter of water and add 1 spoon of oil and stir until the dosa batter level.
Add cumin as desired (there is already salt in the mix. Add salt if needed).
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the dosa pan.
When hot, pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
Grease them lightly with oil.

Now the healthy and tasty dosa is ready.
