MDH Chicken Curry Masala is a classic, refined blend that will give your dish a full, "restaurant" flavor in just a few minutes without measuring out many jars. The composition of coriander, cumin, turmeric, chili, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, and fenugreek provides a warm, spicy profile with a pleasant, medium heat and a golden color of the sauce. As a marinade: mix 2–3 teaspoons of the spice with yogurt, lemon juice, and a bit of oil; rub 500–700 g of chicken, set aside for 30–120 minutes, and bake, grill, or fry.
