Application:

Dissolve amla in warm water, you can add essential oils plus a thickener, e.g. honey or aloe gel, thanks to which it is easier to spread on the hair. Apply to washed, slightly damp hair and massage into the scalp. Keep on the head for several minutes to 2 hours. Rinse thoroughly with water. Use once every 1-2 weeks.
