Dried mini anchovies BDMP are classic, salted anchovies dried to a crisp, with concentrated, pure umami that instantly enhances the flavor of Asian dishes. Perfect for Thai soups and curries (Tom Yum, Gaeng), fried rice, noodles, yam salads, and crunchy toppings for vegetables and grains. You can briefly rinse them, dry them, and roast them in a dry pan to bring out their nutty aroma, or soak them in hot water for 2–3 minutes to soften them before further processing.
