Coarse bulgur wheat (Corse Bulgur Wheat) by Sera is a traditional, pre-cooked, and dried wheat with a pleasantly nutty flavor and a firm, grainy texture, ideal for Middle Eastern cuisine and everyday fusion dishes; the coarser grain works great in pilafs, as a hearty filling for vegetables (peppers, eggplants, tomatoes), an addition to soups, stews, and meatballs, as well as a base for warm salads with herbs, roasted vegetables, and yogurt sauce; preparation is simple: rinse, pour boiling water or broth in a ratio of about 1:2, cook for 10–12 minutes until the liquid is absorbed, let it sit covered for 5 minutes, and fluff with a fork; it pairs excellently with tomatoes, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, lemon, and fresh herbs (parsley, mint), as well as grilled meat, fish, or legumes; bulgur is a convenient alternative to white rice and pasta, a natural source of fiber and protein, containing B vitamins and minerals (including iron, magnesium, phosphorus); the Sera brand product is made from selected grains and is carefully processed to preserve its full flavor and value; store in a dry, cool, and shaded place, in an airtight container, away from moisture and strong odors; contains gluten (wheat) — always check the label for allergens and manufacturer’s instructions.
