Falafel Mix Durra
Falafel are fried balls/cutlets with chickpeas and/or broad beans with spices. A very popular dish in the Middle East and Egypt. It is most often served in pita bread, with vegetables and a sauce based on tahini sesame paste. Product without the addition of GMOs. The package contains a special falafel mold.
Ingredients: broad beans 78%, chickpeas 7% (coriander, garlic, onion, turmeric, cumin 11.6%), salt 2.8%, sodium carbonate 0.6%.
