The thick, glossy consistency coats ingredients well, and the balanced sweetness with a hint of caramel harmonizes dishes without overpowering them. Ideal for stir-fry (vegetables, tofu, mushrooms), wok dishes, marinades, pasta and rice sauces, glazing roasted vegetables, and also as a "secret enhancer" for broths and ramen. In fusion cuisine, it will elevate plant-based burgers, dressings, and dips (just a teaspoon adds depth).
