Gulab Jamun Instant Mix Gits

 

Traditional Indian sweets are made of powdered milk in syrup. Small balls in a thick sweet sugar syrup with the addition of cardamom.

 

Preparation:

1. Mix the contents of the package with 100-120 ml of water, add the liquid slowly. Knead the dough gently

until a soft and smooth consistency is obtained. Tip: For better taste, you can replace water with milk.

2. Lubricate your hands with oil and form balls the size of a small walnut, using the mass you will get approx. 40 balls.

3. Deep-fry in butter or clarified butter over medium flame until the balls turn golden. We drain the oil.

4. Leave in syrup for 30 minutes. Preparation of the syrup: We obtain the syrup by boiling sugar (600 g) in 640 ml of water. Boil the syrup for 5 minutes, you can add saffron or cardamom.
