Ground turmeric Double Horse 140 g is the essence of Indian cuisine packed in a convenient container. This finely ground spice has an intensely golden color and a warm, earthy aroma with a slight, noble bitterness that adds depth and a characteristic color to dishes. It is the foundation of curry and masala blends, but it also works well on its own – for vegetable dishes, soups, dal, rice, marinades, sauces, and roasted vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, sweet potatoes).
