§ 1
www.littleindia.pl is an online store owned by Iwona Katragadda, running a business under the name Iwona Katragadda Chaudary Food Traders with its registered office at ul. Domaniewska 22 lok. U5, 02-672 Warszawa, NIP 1231023332, REGON: 141080337. The Regulations define the rules for transactions concluded in the www.littleindia.pl store.
§ 2
www.littleindia.pl is an online store through which users can purchase the products offered.
§ 3
1 Making purchases via www.littleindia.pl require acceptance of cookies by your browser.

§ 5
1 Delivery of Goods is limited to the area of the Republic of Polish and takes place at the address indicated by the customer when placing orders.
2nd Delivery of ordered goods is done by mail or courier. Possible shipping costs will be indicated at the time of order.
3 The term of delivery is between 2 and 14 working days from the date of receipt of the fee for the contract or the conclusion of the sale with payment on delivery.
§ 6
1 Where it is found that the delivered goods is inconsistent with the order, the Purchaser shall be entitled to replacement or ordered a new one.
2 Reference the ordered goods to the account www.littleindia.pl, which covers the costs involved.
3 Complaints are dealt with within 14 days. Should the inquiry, the Purchaser is sent a copy inconsistent with the new order. If the complaint is not upheld, www.littleindia.pl advertised merchandise returns at their own expense.

3. Complaints are considered within 14 days. If the complaint is accepted, the Ordering Party is sent a new copy that is inconsistent with the order. In the event that the complaint is not accepted, www.littleindia.pl returns the advertised goods at its own expense.
4. In the absence of the ordered and non-defective goods, www.littleindia.pl informs the Ordering Party by e-mail or by phone. At the Customer's choice - the amount paid is returned to his bank account, or another product is sent, with the same price, selected by the Customer. Shipping costs are borne by www.littleindia.pl.
§ 8
1. The buyer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason with the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827 of changed)
