Timur Powder Diyo 80 g is finely ground Nepali "pepper" (Zanthoxylum armatum) with a characteristic citrus aroma and a gently numbing, tingling effect on the tongue. In Nepali cuisine, it is the heart of the sauce for momo (achar), spices up thukpa, roasted potatoes, salads, and marinades; it also enhances fusion dishes wonderfully – from roasted vegetables and tofu to fish and stir-fry noodles. Its profile combines notes of lime, grapefruit, and floral pepper, adding lightness and umami depth to dishes without excessive heat.
