Preparation is simple – cook the noodles al dente, mix with the seasoning sachet (for soup or "dry"), and the intense sauce will coat every strand. You can easily adjust the flavor to your liking: for a milder version, add a bit of water and a teaspoon of honey or sugar; to enhance the "grilled" character, add a few drops of soy sauce and toasted sesame seeds. The dish pairs well with stir-fried vegetables (bell pepper, carrot, onion, napa cabbage), tofu, a fried egg, or roasted cauliflower.
