Tea Masala Aachi is an aromatic blend of 5 spices specially composed for the preparation of Indian tea with milk and spices (chai).

 

Ingredients: Dry Ginger, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves and Green Cardamom

 

Preparation suggestion:

In pot boil 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water. Add 1 teaspoon of black tea, sugar and Tea Masala Aachi as desired. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Pour the tea through the strainer into the cup. Enjoy aromatic and hot chai.
