AliBaba's Mung Dal is a high-quality yellow split bean (mung halves), delicate in flavor and quick to prepare. When cooked, it's creamy, slightly nutty, and exceptionally easy to digest, making it a staple in many Indian and Asian dishes. Ideal for classic dal tadka or dal fry, creamy soups, khichdi with basmati rice, as well as for pancakes, vegetable stuffing, and warm bowl salads.
