Date Syrup Durra
Date syrup / molasses is a syrup typical of Middle Eastern cuisine made from extracts of dates. In the West, it is used in the same way as maple syrup, in spreads or as an addition to pancakes or waffles. In the Middle East, it is often mixed with tahini before eating with pita bread (brunch) or with baked goods due to its distinctive flavor and aroma.
