Boil Milk and add Shan Sheer Khurma Mix. Keep boiling for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve hot.

For Variety 1: Add one cup, condensed milk to the boiling milk in the above recipe.

For Variety 2: Make the Sheer Khurma cold, then add on cup of fresh cream. Mix and serve cold.

For Variety 3: heat ½ cup ghee and add Shan Sheer Khurma Mix. Stir fry for a few minutes, add one cup of milk and cook on low heat, for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
