 Chickpea flour, Semolina, Sugar powder, Salt, Sodium bicarbonate E500(ii), Citric acid E330 (Raising agents), Asafoetida, Turmeric & Sodium Acetate E262(i).

Preparation:

1. Mix 30 ml of oil and 235 ml of water. Gradually add Khaman Dhokla Mix. Gently mix until smooth.

2. Grease the baking pan with oil. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes. Do not use a whistle in the pressure cooker. Leave for 5 minutes. until cool, then cut into 5 cm cubes.

3. Heat 30 ml of oil, add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, a pinch of asafoetida and a tablespoon of sesame seeds. Fry on low heat. Spread on the surface of the cake and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with green spicy chutney.
