Turkish tea Earl Grey Çaykur Tomurcuk 125 g is a classic from the Turkish region of Rize combined with the elegant aroma of bergamot. "Tomurcuk" means "bud" – in the blend, you will find small, carefully selected leaves with a full, malty-citrus profile. The infusion is clear, ruby red, with a distinct yet noble hint of bergamot that beautifully balances the depth of black tea. Ideal for daily drinking and serving to guests – it works well solo, with sugar, honey, and in the Turkish style also with a bit of lemon juice. Brewing: traditionally in a "çaydanlık" teapot – on top, brew a strong concentrate (about 2 teaspoons for 200 ml, 95–100°C, 8–10 min), and in a glass, dilute with boiling water to your preferred strength. In the classic version, use 1 teaspoon for 200–250 ml, 95–100°C, 3–5 min. This is an excellent tea for breakfast and afternoon breaks, pairing wonderfully with baklava, simit, or buttery cookies.
