How to use: mix 2–3 tablespoons of the masala with 1–2 tablespoons of lemon juice (or vinegar), a little water/oil, and salt to taste; rub onto fish fillets or steaks, let sit for 15–30 minutes, then fry in a pan/air fryer/grill until browned. Great for mackerel, tilapia, cod, pangasius, salmon, as well as for squid or shrimp. Serve with onion, lime, and raita or as a side with rice, chapati, and salads.
