Panner Tikka Masala Aachi

Paneer Tikka masala is the perfect spice mix for the Indian paneer tikka dish.

Preparation (serves: 4-5):

Mix 100ml yogurt and 2 tablespoons Aachi Paneer Tikka Masala for a smooth, lump-free consistency. add salt to taste. Cut 500g of paneer cheese into pieces and marinate in the yogurt sauce for 1-2 hours. Fry in a pan on both sides for about 5-10 minutes. Garnish with lemon and onion rings. Serve hot Panner Tikka with green chutney.
