Indian Garlic Pappadums by Patak's are delicious lentil flour cakes with a distinctive garlic flavor. Prepared according to a traditional Indian recipe and sun-dried, they retain their authentic taste. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or accompaniment to the main dish, they pair wonderfully with chutney, pickles, or raita. Ingredients: urd bean flour, salt, garlic puree, green chili paste, rice flour, coconut oil, leavening agent: calcium oxide. Preparation: Heat 2-4 cm of vegetable oil in a pan. Fry and soak the pappadum individually for 2-3 seconds. Then drain on a kitchen towel and serve.
