Lijjat Papad Punjabi Masala is a thin and crispy Indian papadam made from urad flour with the addition of a unique blend of Punjabi Masala spices:

asafoetida, pepper, salt.

Papad is perfect as a side dish with coriander chutney, as a healthy snack between meals or as an addition to biryanis, pulaos and curries. The basic product in the home of every Indian.

A method of preparing:

Deep-fry for a few seconds on both sides, or heat up in a microwave oven for about 60 seconds.
