Aachi Chaat Masala

Chaat masala, is a spice powder mix, originating from the Indian subcontinent, used in the cuisines of the Indian subcontinent, primarily in Indian, Bangladeshi and Pakistani cuisine to add flavor to fruit salads made with papaya, sapota, apples or bananas. Chaat masala is also sprinkled on potatoes, fruit, egg, toasts and regular salads in India. 

Ingredients: Black salt, Dry mango, Salt, Rock salt, Pomegranate seed, Coriander, Black pepper, Cumin, Sugar, Mint, Bishop’s weed, Chilli, Clove, Ginger, Cassia, Asafoetida and Acidity regulator (E330 & E 334).

Sweet corn chat

-Sweet corn 250g, Tomato 40g and Onion 80g

Direction:

Mix the ingredients together. Add lemon juice, sprinkle cut coriander and enjoy your sweet corn chat.
