Rava Dosa Mix Aachi

A dosa is a thin pancake or crepe originating from South India. Rava dosa is a healthy breakfast made with semolina.

Preparation:

Step 1: Soak 200g of Rava Dosa Mix in 500 ml of water for 5-10 minutes add 1 table spoon of chopped onion, 2 green chillies and a sprinkle curry leaves & soak it for 5 min.

Step 2: Heat a dosa tawa (pan), pour a ladle full of the above batter in a circular fashion from the periphery to the centre. Sprinkle cooking oil, cook and remove from the dosa tawa.

Step 3: Serve the Hot Rava Dosas with suitable chutney.

Ingredients: Semolina, Rice flour, Salt, Cumin, Black Pepper, Raising Agent (E500 (ii) ) – Sodium bicarbonate and Acidity Regulator (E296) – Malic acid.
