Ideal for wings, drumsticks, and fillets: aromatic herbs and spices enhance the flavor of the meat, while the breading creates a golden, even crust. How to use: mix the mix with a little water or buttermilk to prepare a marinade; coat the pieces of chicken, set aside for 20–30 minutes (or longer in the fridge), then coat again in the dry mix for a "double-crunch" effect and fry at 170–175°C until deep golden (inside min. 75°C). Baked/air fryer version: spray with a small amount of oil and bake until crispy, turning halfway.
