Thai Satay Seasoning Mix Lobo is an aromatic spice blend designed for preparing popular Asian satay skewers. Satay is a traditional dish from Southeast Asian cuisine, consisting of pieces of meat marinated in spices and then grilled or baked on sticks. Chicken, beef, and pork skewers are especially popular, served with a flavorful peanut sauce. The Lobo mix allows you to give your dishes a distinctive flavor inspired by Thai cuisine, combining spicy aromas with bold spice notes. The product works perfectly as a base for marinades for meat, tofu, and vegetables intended for grilling. The seasoning can be combined with the additives indicated in the manufacturer's instructions and then used to marinate ingredients before heat treatment. Prepared skewers can be baked on a grill, grill pan, or in the oven. The dish pairs excellently with jasmine rice, fresh cucumbers, onions, and Thai peanut sauce. The mix can also be used to season chicken pieces prepared in a pan and other dishes inspired by Asian cuisine. The ready spice blend makes it easier to prepare dishes without the need to measure many ingredients yourself. It is a practical choice for lovers of Thai flavors, grilled meats, and aromatic marinades.
