White Aval Double Horse rice flakes are gently flattened grains of rice (poha/aval) that become soft and elastic after a short soaking or frying. Perfect for a quick breakfast, light lunch, or dinner: you can prepare classic poha with vegetables and nuts, a sweet version with milk, jaggery/honey, and cardamom, as well as crispy chivda for snacking. The flakes quickly absorb the aromas of spices (cumin, turmeric, curry leaves), allowing you to easily achieve a homemade, "restaurant-style" effect without long cooking. They also work well as a base for vegetable patties, a thickener for fillings, and an addition to soups. A natural, light, and filling product; rinse and soak for 2–3 minutes (thin) or 5–7 minutes (thicker) before use, and drain excess water. Store in a dry, cool place, tightly closed after opening.
