Haldiram's Ragi Roti 

 

Haldiram's Ragi is the common name of Finger Millet in Southern part of India. Along with oats this is one of the most nutritious food and one of the easy one to digest. They are thin circles that are roasted till they puff up. It is soft thin and a staple food. It is simple and traditional round flatbread. These are pre cooked rotithat you just need to reheat it. It is easy and without any hassle. Now enjoy the traditional Ragi Roti at home with in minutes. It is made with natural ingredients without any preservatives and trans fat.

Ingredients: Ragi Atta, Whole Wheat Flour, Milk, Water, Refined Sunflower Oil, Salt and Sodium Bicarbonate.

 

Heating Options:
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Remove frozen Roti from bag and heat in oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot and glaze with butter to enhance taste.

Stovetop: Remove frozen Roti from bag. Place on  pre heated pan (Tawa) and cook on medium heat for about 2 min by moving it on pan with gentle & even pressure.
