The professional Shaan Tandoor Clay Oven gas stove is a catering device equipped with a traditional clay tandoor chamber and adapted for LPG cylinder gas supply. The 15 kW oven is designed for intensive use in restaurants, catering establishments, and professional kitchens preparing dishes from Indian, Pakistani, and other cuisines that use the traditional tandoor baking technique. Gas supply from a cylinder allows the device to be used in places without access to a network gas installation, provided the installation is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements and applicable regulations. The characteristic clay chamber enables the use of high temperature and heat stored in the oven walls. The temperature adjustment range is from 200 to 500°C, while the maximum operating temperature is 500°C. This allows adapting working conditions to various products and cooking techniques. When baking traditional naan bread, typical temperatures may be around 350–450°C. The dough is placed directly on the heated inner wall of the clay chamber, where it quickly bakes under the influence of high temperature, gaining a characteristic structure and local charring. The tandoor can also be used to prepare tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, seekh kebab, skewers, various types of meat, and vegetables. For meats and kebabs, the typical temperature range may be about 250–400°C, depending on the product type, portion size, and recipe. Products can be placed on appropriate metal skewers lowered vertically into the heated chamber interior. The correct type of gas, operating pressure, type of regulator, hoses, and other installation elements must meet the requirements specified for the particular device. The oven is intended for commercial use and requires proper ventilation and exhaust of combustion products. When planning kitchen operation 24 hours a day, it should be remembered that the operating time of the premises is not equivalent to allowing the burner to operate continuously for 24 hours.
