Farali Atta Heera gluten-free flour is a carefully balanced blend of four flours intended for traditional fasting dishes and everyday Indian cuisine, combining natural sweetness and dough elasticity: 35% chestnut flour, 25% ground Japanese millet, 22% ground amaranth seeds, and 18% sago flour; thanks to this composition, the dough is soft, easy to roll, and remains delicate, elastic, and slightly nutty in flavor after processing. Ideal for roti, puri, and paratha, as well as for fillings, cheela, muthiya, dhokla, pancakes, and gluten-free baked goods; it combines well with warm water or yogurt/buttermilk and a bit of ghee oil to achieve a smooth, non-sticky consistency, and it is worth adding a pinch of salt and spices (cumin, chili, coriander) for a fuller flavor profile. Tips: knead by hand briefly, let the dough rest for 10–15 minutes, roll between sheets of paper or on a lightly floured surface; fry on a well-heated pan or bake according to the recipe. The mixture is naturally gluten-free (in its pure raw material form), without preservatives and artificial additives; store in a dry, cool, shaded place, after opening transfer to an airtight container and protect from moisture; always check the label for batch information and potential cross-allergens.
