Aachi Chicken Lollypop Masala breading is a ready-made blend of spices and flours that gives wings/drumettes a characteristic "lollipop" appearance, juiciness inside, and a super crispy, golden crust. The balanced composition of chili, garlic, ginger, pepper, coriander, and cumin with a hint of sourness enhances the flavor of the chicken, while the addition of starch ensures a light, airy coating that does not soak up grease. How to use: clean the wings (Frenching), mix 3–4 tablespoons of the mix with 1–2 tablespoons of water (or egg/buttermilk) to a thick paste consistency, coat the meat, and let it sit for 10–20 minutes. Fry at 170–175°C until a deep color is achieved (6–8 minutes) or bake/air-fry until crispy. Street food version: double breading (wet layer + light sprinkle of the mix just before frying). Serve with garlic sauce, mint chutney, or sweet-spicy dip. Great base for cauliflower, paneer, or tofu as well. Storage: tightly closed, in a dry and cool place.
