Rava dosa is a very tasty and crispy semolina pancake and is perfect for a quick breakfast that can be served with any chutney. It is made of rava, rice flour, maida, salt, cumin, black pepper, asafoetida, soda.

Cooking tips

Take the Aachi Rava Dosa Mix to a bowl, add the chopped onion, chopped green chillies, and chopped curry leaves and mix well. Add 500 ml of water and soak for 5 minutes. Put the tava on a flame, brush the tava with oil and pour over the dough. Pour a teaspoon of oil on the sides and on the dosie. Cook until the dosa is crispy and golden brown.
