Mix for Spicy Vegetable Curry.
Ingredients:
Salt, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Fenugreek Seeds, Garlic, Cumin, Ginger, Coriander, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Citric Acid, Fenugreek Leaves, Carom, Clove, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent).
*No Preservative, No Artificial Food Colour.
Preparation Method:
Single/ mixed vegetables | 500g washed & prepared accordingly |
Onions 2 medium, | finely sliced /200g |
Tomatoes 2-3 medium, | finely chopped /200g |
Ghee / oil | ½ cup /85g |
Shan vegetable Spice Mix | 1 Packet |
Directions
1. In hot ghee/oil fry the onions for few minutes. Add tomatoes and fry for few minutes.
2. Add vegetables, Shan vegetable spice Mix and fry for few minutes. Stir and add desired quantity of water if necessary. Cook on low heat until vegetables are tender.
