Preparation:
1. In a pot, mix the contents of the package with 1.2L of water.
2. Boil. Add 4 chopped tomatoes. Stew over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes. To enrich the taste, it is worth adding other pre-cooked vegetables such as drumstick, pumpkin, squash, etc.
3. You can sprinkle with chopped coriander or curry leaves. Serve with Idli, dosa or rice.
Tip: For a better taste, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of mustard seeds, red dried chilli and asafoetida fried in ghee to the hot Sambhar.
