Shan Chicken White Karahi Mix helps to create a mellow and velvety version of traditional Karahi.
Ingredients: Salt, Coriander, Red Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Turmeric, Cumin, Acid: Citric Acid, Cinnamon, Dried Onion, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Anticaking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.
Steps of cooking
- Mix shan Chicken White Karahi Mix, green chili paste, ginger paste, and yogurt, and apply it to the chicken cubes. marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Heat oil and add chicken. Stir fry on high heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Add lemon juice, green chilies, and green coriander. Remove from heat and serve. Serve with roti/naan.
