Ingredients: dried red chili 22.5%, garlic 20%, dried lemongrass 17%, salt 16%, galangal 6%, shallots 11%, chili 0.5%, lime peel 2.5%, paste shrimp (shrimp 83%, salt) 4.5%.
Preparation method: fry 50 g of curry paste, adding 400 g of coconut milk, 200 g of meat and 100 g of vegetables. Simmer until tender, sweeten. Try it before seasoning. Suggestion: For a milder flavor, use half a serving of curry paste.
