How to prepare:

To fry in a pan/fire: Heat for a few seconds over an open flame or in a frying pan until lightly browned.

For the microwave: Lightly oil both sides, place in the microwave and microwave on full power for about 45 seconds or until done.

For frying in oil: Heat the oil in a deep pot. Fry each papad separately for 2-3 seconds, remove using tongs and place on a paper towel to drain.
