Ceylon Tea OPA Ahmad Tea 454 g black leaf tea is a classic Ceylon brew with a bright, amber color and a clean, refreshing profile. The OPA (Orange Pekoe A) grade indicates large, carefully sorted leaves – thanks to them, the brew is clear, elegant, and free from heavy bitterness. The taste is dominated by fresh, citrus-floral notes with a delicate, noble astringency that pleasantly "awakens" the palate. This tea is perfect for everyday use and for serving guests: it works well as a morning cup for breakfast as well as an afternoon ritual. Brewing is simple and predictable: 1 teaspoon of leaves for 200 ml of water at a temperature of 95–100°C, 3–5 minutes depending on the desired strength. Drink it plain, with a slice of lemon, or a bit of honey; the mild character of OPA also tolerates a little milk well. On warm days, try "cold brew" – 8–10 hours in cold water in the fridge gives a clear, refreshing brew without excessive bitterness.
